This is a new course for the WIM Series. Built by the locals, the course will challenge riders of all ages, with fast single track and huge jumps all while weaving through the trees and scenic surroundings of the Olympic Mountains.

May 3-4, 2003 - WIM DH #3 Chelan Mountain Bike Festival
The Road Gap returns on this steep fast and technical course that will challenge from beginning to end. After the now famous road gap jump racers will be faced with a steep descent full of rock gardens and jumps.

Gone is the long road and the climb the course now features 90 % single-track. You’ll find new drops and jumps including the now infamous “Trees of Death” that will test the intestinal fortitude of all riders.

June 14-15, 2003 - WIM DH #5 Beacon Bomber
For the second trip to Beacon it is time to bust out an all-new experience in downhill racing. Built and designed by the twisted minds of Bill and Bob Dixon, the course features the same start line and same finish line as the original but everything in between is all new. The new course will feature even more of what Beacon is famous for big drops, huge jumps and lots of technical challenge.
